Hooley USA

It's blowing a HOOLEY! This is the term we used when it was really windy on the beaches of South Africa when growing up. The Hooley River is located in India and runs through Calcutta. "It's blowing a HOOLEY", comes from when steamship captains were unable to sail up the Hooley River, because it was really windy... too windy to sail up river.
