Edit-X CCF - Encryption Versus Unencryption

Why is Edit-X offered with these two options? Some users need an out of the box solution and others need a customized solution, either way Edit-X provides an option for your project.

Edit-X Encrypted
The Edit-X CCF engine is encrypted. Although encrypted the Edit-X CCF stil allows you full control over the design and template layout offering you a lower price. This option still allows for plug-in extension through the Edit-X API.

Edit-X Unencrypted
The Edit-X CCF engine is not encrypted. A fully customizable development platform the Edit-X CCF is open source allowing you access to every PHP file for full programmatic customization. You can extend the application not only through the Edit-X API but also have access to the inner workings of the CCF engine and can modify them to suit your needs.
